Return & Exchange Policy – Gloveo

At Gloveo, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer a 5-day return window for exchanges.

📅 Return Window

You may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.

Requests made after 5 days will not be accepted.

🔁 No Refunds

We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

Approved returns will be processed as:

  • Product exchange, or

  • Store credit (Gloveo wallet credit) equal to the product value

✅ Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • All tags and labels must be intact

  • A valid order number must be provided

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged items

  • Items without original packaging or tags

  • Items returned after the 5-day window

  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)

📦 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at online.customerhelp13@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for return

    • Clear photos of the product

  2. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours

  3. Once approved, we will share the return instructions

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable courier

  • Gloveo is not responsible for lost return parcels

🔄 Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue store credit.

💳 Store Credit

  • Store credit will be issued once the returned item passes quality check

  • Credit can be used on any product on our website

  • Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash

📉 Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive:

  • A damaged product, or

  • The wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will arrange a free replacement.
